Update on Recent HRSA Changes

Dear ACN doctors,

We know that the recent HRSA changes, which took effect after September 23, 2025, have created questions and concerns across our community. Please know that the Florida ACN Medical Association has been aware of these updates since last year and has been working closely with the appropriate agencies to advocate for our physicians and help reduce any negative impact.

Because we’ve seen different information circulating, we want to make sure everyone receives accurate, consistent guidance. To support you, we will be hosting a Town Hall meeting where members can bring questions, share concerns, and hear directly from our leadership about the steps being taken.

At this time, we strongly advise against taking independent action in response to these changes, as your Association is diligently working to protect your interests and reduce any potential impact. Together, we are stronger, and your Association is here to ensure that your voice is heard and your work is protected.
